Well its been well over a year later and we have had to stop using their service. Their chat feature had terrible bugs, and what a poorly designed html window box. There are scripts on hotscripts.com that are $100 that will be better working than that. We ended up getting some of our money back, but we are still out thousands of dollars. I would not recommend shoretel as a good service provider.

Well if you are thinking about using shoretel or any of their other voip or telephony services, you should reconsider. For a measly cost of over $40,000 you will get terrible support along with phone and computer software that isnt fully functional and is still in the beta testing stage. Now I know what your thinking. You would love to have those cool phones they have where you can receive calls on your computer and use their chat and im functions. But its definitly not worth it, if you know more about the software and product than the company or tech support representatives. My best advice to you, would be to stay away from shoretel and all of shoretel’s voip and telephony products.
